High Five Friday

Hello, hello! I am off on my 22 mile long run this morning (fingers and toes crossed this is a little less miserable than my 20 mile turned out), so send me some good vibes! πŸ™‚ While I’m running, I thought it’d be fun to link up with Angela for High Five Friday.

My Instagram game has been lacking a little lately, so rather than 5 from the week, let’s do 5 from the last couple of weeks. You can follow me here if we aren’t already friends on IG!

Trails, baby! I’m really looking forward to seeing all these trails in the summer – I have a feeling they are going to be beautiful when all the trees are green again.

This will definitely be happening tonight as well. Cheers! πŸ™‚

When you’re a badass mother runner, you wear badass skulls Spandits.

Okay, I’m totally cheating here because this wasn’t on Instagram, but look at these gorgeous boys! This was right after they got a haircut (it was Baby T’s first). I love how much they love each other.

Did you see this month’s workout for runners round up? It was all upper body workouts and this is one of the moves included in mine. You can check out all the workouts here.

5 Things I’m Loving

I am so excited for Nicole’s first summit! I am all signed up and you should, too! Yes, it’s a food entrepreneur summit, and no, I’m not a food entrepreneur. But I listen to the Blissful Bites podcast religiously, because the guests always have such great information and advice for every online entrepreneur. If you’re a blogger or you’ve started your own business, this will be a wealth of information for you. Nicole is offering an early-bird discount, so sign up before May 16 with code EARLYBIRD for 40% off! Look at her line up (and all the summit interviews are pre-recorded, so you will be able to download them and access them whenever you want):

Speaking of podcasts, the other one I listen to regularly is Tina’s Run to the Top podcast, with Runner’s Connect. There have been a couple recently I found so fascinating and inspiring, especially ‘How to Change Your Perspective on Pain’ with Brad Beer.

A little somethin-somethin got shipped to me from RunFarGear this week! Can’t wait to break out my new ‘Embrace the Hill’ tank! I’m going to test it out on my next couple of long-ish runs, to see if it’ll be a winner for the marathon.

The warmer weather. I am so ready for a long summer.

Mayorga Organic Coffee. We used to drink this and then we couldn’t get it in Brooklyn anymore – so happy to have rediscovered it here in Vermont!

Happy almost weekend, everyone!

Have you ever ‘attended’ an online summit?

What’s the longest distance you’ve run?

    1. Hi Allie! The summit will be all available for download so the video + mp3 version + PDFs will be yours forever! πŸ™‚ If you have any questions feel free to email me, or check out the FAQ post! πŸ™‚

  2. I’ve seen the summit too. It looks really good with all my favorite bloggers in one spot. I may have to look further into it. I saw that your run didn’t happen earlier. You’ll have an even BETTER run on Sunday. Get it mama!
