Client Testimonials - Fine Fit DayLots of my advice on this blog comes from my experience as a certified personal trainer. I love working with my clients, challenging them to meet their goals. I believe the role of a trainer is to help their client find their own power, strength and drive to achieve their best – I just show them how!

Carly is the most inspirational trainer I have ever worked with. I have worked with numerous trainers in the past and Carly is a real standout. She has a great knowledge of how to effectively help someone get in shape, and she also gave me the motivational tools to push myself when working out alone. A true professional, upbeat, knowledgeable, and engaging, can’t ask for a better trainer. Beyond that, she is just simply an amazing person and a lot of fun to be around. Not many people could make me squat, lunge, lift, trot, heel or run on command.  If there was an obediance school for adults, most likely I’d flunk.  Then came Carly: she makes me do things I don’t really want to do AND ENJOY IT!  As a result of Carly Pizzani’s training, I find that I am: 1) less prone to ankle outages; 2) more likely to lift heavy objects without being asked twice (and without throwing my back out); 3) even more likely to eat and drink with abandon (and less guilt!); 4) less cranky ONCE WE’RE DONE; 5) less likely to cause a scene on the subway and/or at work; AND 6) more likely to live longer (which is key.)  In sum, even for the most difficult trainees AND YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, Carly Pizzani can make you a better (and more tolerable) you.  She’s the best!
