Mama and Baby Workout Video

When you’re a new mother, trying to get back into shape and lose the baby weight can be a challenge. It’s not just that your body has undergone considerable changes throughout pregnancy and birth – it’s also dealing with sleep deprivation and the realization that your time is not as flexible anymore. Getting to the gym everyday is not as easy as it once was – in fact, one of the recurring themes in my Fit Mama Friday posts is that organizing time for a workout takes an awful lot of planning and cooperation with the other caretakers in your new baby’s life.
So when you’re stuck at home, but you still want to get your workout in, you can always try working out with baby. I’m not talking about spotting baby on his bench press – I’m talking about using him as your own personal dumbbell.
