Fit Mama Friday - Meet Kelly

Kelly McNelis, my Fit Mama Friday subject this week, is 33 weeks pregnant with her third child and is up to 550 miles logged running throughout this pregnancy. She runs a wellness coaching business for mamas called New Leaf Wellness and her cookbooks and tips on meal planning to save time are awesome! I can’t wait for you to read all about this fit mama! 🙂

Do you plan your weekly meals out? I am always trying to, but I am just not that organized! I’ve been working on it for the last few weeks though and I’m definitely getting better about having a plan for most nights of the week.

  1. I’m not sure if my comments ever go through at The Stir – I tried!!!
    I don’t meal plan by the day but I do try to make a list of recipes to try when I make my grocery list – that way I know I will have everything on hand for them – I try to pick some that are quick (30 min or less), some crock pot ones…..It works for me and keeps me trying new recipes all the time!
