You might remember I was accepted as a Β Sweat Pink Ambassador a few months back – and tonight I’m so excited to be a panelist for a live Sweat Pink Hangout on G+!
Hosted by Fit Approach, this Ambassador Spotlight is on ‘Healthy Moms’. The hangout will be me and six other fit mamas, discussing how following a healthy lifestyle is something every mama can achieve.
We’re covering topics like finding time to exercise, preparing healthy meals and involving your kids in exercise. You can also ask your own questions for us to answer, either via G+ or by tweeting. Coincidentally, my column on ‘Working (Out) Mama’ tomorrow is also all about how busy mamas can find time to workout. It is definitely the number one issue you hear as a personal trainer – I just don’t have the time to exercise.Β So this week you’re getting lots of tips on making your schedule work for exercise.

What’s your biggest obstacle to working out?
If you already workout regularly, what would you love to have more time in the day to do? (For me it’s reading – I have such a stack of books I haven’t read yet).
The list of things I want to do is long – reading is high on the list. I tend to read more in the summer (thanks to beach time!).

I would love to have more time to read, too! I try to go to bed 30 minutes early to leave time for reading, but there is always so much to do that by the time I get to bed, I’m too tired to read!
