Gratitude

Today I’m sharing with you 20 things for which I am thankful. This is my daily challenge for Elf for Health – I am loving these daily challenges so much. It’s perfect for this time of year, when everyone has a lot going on, to have one small goal to accomplish every day. Today’s task was to show gratitude by making a list of 20 things you are thankful for in your life.

Gratitude

I am thankful for…

My sweet, funny, happy, energetic, beautiful little man, Roman.

My funny, kind, handsome, smart husband Fran.

My extended family, both here and in Australia, whom I love to bits and pieces.

All of my amazing friends, who each add value and love and joy to my life in different ways.

My health and the health of those I love.

The fact that I am capable of running and lifting heavy things and moving.

My hard-working, smart, funny, kind clients (past and present!) who I love.

Having a home I love, in a wonderful neighborhood, in my favorite NY borough.

The wonderful community of people I have met (some in person!) through blogging.

Coffee.

Being born in a privileged country and having never known need.

My education.

Books.

The joy that art in all forms can bring into people’s lives.

Having had the opportunity to travel all over the world.

My cats, who are furry and snuggly and are so patient and sweet with Roman.

Everyone who reads and comments on my blog and my Fit Mama Friday mamas.

Having been part of this Elf for Health challenge, since I have met so many wonderful people.

Red wine.

All the amazing people in the world who strive for good and justice and spread love.

  1. What a great list! I second books, blogging friends, and my cat at minimum. I’m also thankful for all four of my wonderful grandchildren. It’s like getting to play mom again but only for the fun stuff. πŸ™‚
