Okay guys, this is the final week of the #BOSUstrong challenge. Even if you haven’t been participating in the Bosu challenge, you can still jump in on this final week and have the opportunity of winning your own Bosu trainer! Check out all the prompts below so you know how to get involved and be part of the challenge – I would LOVE one of my readers to be the lucky winner of a Bosu!
Tomorrow I’ll be sharing my review of the Bosu Trainer – I’ve been using it for three weeks now and I have to tell you I’m a convert. For balance training alone, it is amazing, but there are so many other benefits to the Bosu that I wasn’t expecting. Check out my review tomorrow, especially if you’re skeptical about whether the Bosu is something you need for your workouts.
Disclaimer: This post was sponsored by BOSU – all opinions expressed are my own. I’m happy to be part of the Fit Approach (Sweat Pink) community and I love helping to support the brands they work with.
This week is the very last week of the #bosustrong challenge that has inspired me to work more on my balance and core. Before starting the challenge, my goal was to keep up with my at-home workouts throughout the process of moving and now that we’re in the final week I plan to ramp up my running and workouts now I’ve settled in and use the Bosu as my at-home go-to.
This week we’re focusing on the things that make us BOSUStrong. Here are the 10 things that make me #BOSUStrong:
- I am a fierce #motherrunner.
- I will always MAKE time to work out, not scramble to FIND time.
- I never say never.
- I do love a challenge.
- I love to hear and read about what drives others and be inspired by them.
- I am inspired to travel more, explore more and push myself out of my comfort zone.
- I love to encourage others to get rid of guilt when it comes to working out and living healthily.
- I have a sarcastic streak and I’m not afraid to use it.
- I am proud of the way my sons are growing up watching mama be fit and healthy and kick butt.
- I hope to PR the marathon again postpartum (the second time around).
So I want to know – are you #BOSUStrong? Copy and paste the above, fill it in and make it your own and then tag me in it and share with your friends! Let’s all be #BOSUSTRONG.
