I’m so excited to be a weekly columnist on the Healthy Living channel at The Stir! This week is my first post for my column, Working (Out) Mama, so I’d love it if you’d all check it out. For those of you who aren’t familiar with The Stir, it’s basically the online version of having coffee with a bunch of your friends – so just about every topic you can think of is covered!
My post this week on Working (Out) Mama focuses on finding the perfect workout post-baby.
You know I love running (I know, I know, I’m writing a lot of running posts recently, but it’s kind of on my mind with the marathon fast approaching)Β but what you don’t know is I was kind of ‘over it’ when I got back into training for a half marathon after having Roman. It took me a while to find out what did work for me.
