    1. No worries, Nellie! I know you inspire Kim’s 45s sometimes, too! I love your idea of one new move a week – such a great way to change up your routine.

    1. The stroller workout is great for when he’s napping and it’s nice out! I used to do that quite a bit, if I wanted to do more than just run.

    1. I need to overhaul my pinterest! I have so many workouts I want to try but in no good order. Doing round up posts like this one is actually a kind of selfish, I want to remember these way of saving them without relying on Pinterest entirely!
