I don’t have a post for you today…because I’m making waves over at Love, Life, Surf! (I had to go there with the pun, I’m sorry).
Paddle on over (can’t stop, won’t stop) to check out my guest post for Christine: 6 Upper Body Exercises for Runners.Β There’s often a focus in strength training for runners on the lower body. It makes sense – it’s your legs doing the majority of the work and your lower body is often where you’ll see injuries occurring. But that doesn’t mean your upper body should be ignored! With some key moves to strengthen the upper body movements you use the most as a runner, you can positively impact your running performance.
You also get to see my bump in all its workout glory, since I did all the pictures last week for the exercises.Β
I’m so excited to have written a guest post for Christine – if you haven’t already checked out her blog, then you’re welcome for the introduction, because now you’ll be hooked. She’s smart, funny and an amazing writer. What are you waiting for? Go, go, visit Love, Life, Surf! π
LOVE IT! I’m cruisin’ on over to check out the workouts! Hang-ten!:D
Also, <3 Bump Workout Glory.
