Even if it was snowing yesterday morning where you are (like it was here, what the what?), it’s spring, people! It’s time to start thinking about salads. I love salads. I am not one of those people who reluctantly orders the salad because she wants to be “good”. In fact, I’m not into designating food as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Except for these salads – these salads are deliciously, healthily, summerly (it’s not a word but work with me) good.
Some of these salad recipes work best as sides to a meal in the summer – so if you have a barbecue to attend, you’re all set – but many of these can be meals in and of themselves as well.

Love salads! One of my favorite places is Sweetgreen (sad tear because I miss it). Brazilians have no idea how to do a good salad so I make them at home a lot. My favorite is the classic Greek but I like to add avocado to it!
